Terms of service
These terms apply to software provided by 93 Technologies (“we”, “us”) to businesses (“you”), including Laundesk and our WhatsApp messaging tools. Your plan, price and billing period are agreed with you separately. If anything there differs from these terms, your agreement wins.
The service
- We provide our software online, including the console, apps and the modules in your plan.
- We work to keep it available and secure, and we tell you in advance about planned maintenance where we can.
- We may improve or change features. We won’t remove a core feature of your plan without notice.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details private. Owners must use two-step sign-in.
- You are responsible for what your staff do with their logins, and for switching off logins of people who leave.
- You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and phone number. You stay the owner of them and can disconnect at any time.
- You must follow WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy and Meta’s terms.
- Get your customers’ permission before messaging them, send marketing only to people who agreed to it, and stop when someone opts out.
- Message templates are approved or rejected by Meta, not by us.
- WhatsApp message charges are set by Meta and billed to you by Meta directly, unless your plan says otherwise.
Your data
- Your business data, and your customers’ data, belong to you. We use them only to provide the service (see our privacy policy).
- You confirm you have your customers’ consent where the law requires it.
- When you leave, you can ask for an export of your data. After that it is deleted.
Fair use
- Don’t use our software for spam, unlawful content or anything that breaks WhatsApp’s or other providers’ rules.
- Don’t try to access other businesses’ data or disrupt the service.
Payments
Fees are as agreed in your plan. Charges by third parties, such as WhatsApp message fees from Meta, are billed to you by them directly.
Limits
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the service
Either side can end the service as set out in your plan. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or isn’t paid, after giving notice where possible.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
